What counts toward my minutes?

Talk-time on answered conversations of ten seconds or more. Misdials under ten seconds do not count. The clock stops the moment the call ends.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

Overage is billed at the end of the month: $1.49 per minute on Starter, $0.99 on Professional, $0.69 on Enterprise. You always see your usage in your dashboard and get an alert at 80% of quota — most customers choose to upgrade a tier rather than pay overage.

What is included in every tier?

Maya connects to your calendar and CRM if you use them, and runs without either if you don't — every booking and call summary reaches your email and phone. Knowledge base, human handoff, call recording, webhooks, and analytics are included, with no per-tool fees inside your plan limit.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply to your next billing cycle so you don't lose features you're mid-use on.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. After your first paid month, you can switch to annual prepay for 10% off. We default to month-to-month because we want you free to leave if we're not earning it.

How is billing handled across regions?

We invoice in USD and charge your card in your local currency at the time of billing. EU customers receive a GDPR-compliant invoice with VAT handled per your country's reverse-charge rules.

Can I cancel at any time?

Month-to-month subscription cancels at the end of the billing cycle, no notice required, no penalty. You keep access until the cycle ends.
